• 75% refund (less transaction fees) from Dec 1st [year prior] - March 31st in the year of your race.     Roll over is not available.

Withdrawal from the event after March 31st in the year of your race will result in the forfeiture of fees paid, regardless of reason including the following: (1) force majeure (reasons outside the control of the organizers), medical, personal, travel, family, work, military service, etc. unless you have received the Roll Over Protection Assurance as a gift for your donation to the Detachment Technique.

There will be no refunds if the event or any portion is postponed, modified, or cancelled. Cancellation of the event, by event officials for any reason including adverse, Inclement, or unsafe weather, natural disasters, and other situations outside the organizers control including public health advisories, epidemics and pandemics and any other forced majeure are included.

If conditions develop prior to or during the event which necessitate a change, the following action(s), in order of severity as deemed by event officials, will take place: (a) postponement (b) course modification, (c) cancellation.
